A few horoscopes, because it's fun to get 12 writing prompts from the universe. These are two that still make me laugh a little bit: Confusing week, and What happens in Vegas.. And who doesn't want to read their horoscope? Of course it's written just for you!
A few adventures:
- A family trip to make salt out of the ocean. I know. Salt only costs about 93 cents for a year's supply, but why go the easy route, I always say?
- An adventure with a friend, in which we scope out our apocalypse spot. Don't try to figure out where it is or I'll have to kill you.
- A strange family outing that involves the Heimlich maneuver, a deceased horse, and a broken-down motorcycle.
- A vacation in which I wait for a poppy to open.
And this, because it captures a bit about my son, who's fascinating and fun.
Anyway, thanks for visiting, come back again. And if you're looking for a horoscope writer or an advice columnist for your website or newspaper, um, let me check my other offers. Oh, turns out I'm free! Sure, contact me!
Hi Betsy,
ReplyDeleteI read your post in the NYT this morning. What a wonderful thing to do for your daughter. What a way to cope with the stress of having a child who is depressed. It is inspiring. Brilliant altogether actually.
